Bookmarks, while a common access strategy to save website locations and time, can result in Users getting errors when trying to access their Courses on the LMS.
Bookmarks are useful for saving the locations of your Organization's LMS Login page, but the system will always redirect Users who are logged out back to the homepage if their session has expired.
There is one case where this redirect does not work, and that is if the Users have bookmarked the URL of the Courseware player while the Course is in progress, they will receive an error message when trying to follow it.
User Sessions on the LMS automatically log out after 6 hours of idle time. Trying to access a link that has expired will generate an error with a code of 403
How to Troubleshoot

Have your User logout, (if currently logged in).
- Click the LOGOUT button in the Navbar.
- Click the LOGOUT button in the Navbar.

Have User Clear their Browser Cache

- Device Specific Instructions

Have Users Log back in and attempt the Course again.
- Use the normal login method on the LMS homepage
