If by chance, or design, a you need to Remove a Course Enrollment from a Users account, this straightforward process is outlined below:
Admin >> Users >> Course Enrollment >> Revoke a Course Enrollment
Remove a Course Enrollment from a User account
1. Head to the Users Menu from the Navbar
Click on the Admin tab, follow the "More Admin Actions " link at the bottom of the dropdown.
2. Click the Users Link in the Admin Sidebar
3. Find the "Revoke Course Enrollment Wizard"
Under the "Course Enrollment " header, check the "Revoke a Course Enrollment" radio button
4. Select your User
Lookup your User by using the search tools.
5. Select the Enrollment you'd like to Revoke
All Enrollments attached to a Users account will be listed here. You may search, select All, or select them Individually.
Checking the "Remove History as Well?" checkbox will remove all of the records from a Users Enrollment, including progress, certificates awarded, etc. (Optional)
7. Click Finish to Complete the Revmoval.
