The idea when viewing a learning object as a learner, is that skipping is allowed. There is no easy way to track fast forwarding or fast-scrolling. We will leave that to the knowledge checks, exams and assessments to catch.
Skipping learning object views (formerly lessons) will be allowed per the course settings. You can lock the last object to be seen or not depending on your settings there (lock last object until user finishes others, etc…).
