How to Reset a User Enrollment

1. From the LMS Admin homepage Click on the Users icon

You can also get here by clicking Users in the Admin sidebar.

2. Select Reset Enrollment for a user, than click Next

Select Reset Enrollment for a user, than click Next

3. Select the Account you wish to reset Enrollments for, then click "Next".

Only one account at a time is currently allowed.

Select The Account you wish to reset Enrollments for, then click "Next".

4. Select the Course you wish to Reset

Only one Course at a time may be Reset, currently.
All progress in any lessons will be lost.

Select the Course you wish to Reset

5. Click on Finish to confirm, and reset the Course Enrollment.
